Do I have to be home at the time of window cleaning or other service?

No, as we are an exterior cleaning company, we just need access to the outdoor water taps. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheque, E-transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do I have to take off the screens before exterior window cleaning?

If screens are located on the outside of the window cell, we ask our clients kindly to take off the screens before the cleaning appointment. 

What if I want my screens cleaned?

We will gladly wash all screens for a generous tip and review on Facebook or Google. All screens must be taken off prior to the appointment.

Our 30ft water fed poles gets the job done efficiently and effectively making sure every window is cleaned safely from the ground.

How long do the jobs take us?

Jobs range anywhere from an hour to three hours depending on the property size and services provided.
